Mini-Wave

Insulated Metal Wall Panels

Our Mini-Wave foam insulated panels are a type of IMP that are flexible in design and can be used in multiple building designs. The Mini-Wave is a single component insulated metal panel product, minimizing construction delays and producing faster on-site installation compared to multi-part foam insulated panels. Kingspan's foam insulated panels provide thermal performance of high R-value, superior airtightness and low thermal bridging, resulting in energy cost savings of as much as 30% over traditional multi part built-up systems while increasing a building's curb appeal.

Web _R-Value High R-Value - provides superior levels of thermal (R-value) and airtightness performance over the service life of the building. The insulation is exterior of the building structure to provide the best thermal envelope by reducing thermal bridging typical of cavity wall systems.
Web _Single Component
Single Component -  minimizes construction delays and the need for multiple trades.
Faster Build
Faster Build - faster on-site installation time compared to traditional multi-part systems
Web_Return on Investment
Return on Investment - thermal performance of high R-value, superior airtightness and low thermal bridging result in energy cost savings of as much as 30% over traditional multi part built-up systems.
Web _Design Flexibility
Design Flexibility - Solutions for both vertical and horizontal wall applications. Available in multiple profiles, trimless ends, finishes and color options.
Web_Tested and Approved
Tested & Approved - panels have been extensively tested for compliance with various industry standards and building safety codes.

Sustainable Benefits of Mini-Wave

  • Energy efficiency. IMPs have a core of continuous, rigid insulation for industry leading R- and U- values with superior airtightness performance.
  • Indoor environmental quality. IMPs help ensure a stable interior environment.
  • Recycled and Recyclable. The exterior skins contain a substantial amount of recycled content, and the panels themselves are recyclable.
  • Recycled, low-weight materials. Made with recaptured metals, IMPs weigh only 3 pounds per square foot, reducing transport and installation energy.
  • Eased construction. IMPs are simple to detail and attach, reducing schedules and installation errors.
  • Life-cycle benefits. IMPs last as long as the service life of a typical commercial building. The durable panels also reduce operational costs for energy and maintenance, and offer multiple end-of-life reuse options.
  • Building certification and green targets. IMPs contribute to LEED certification programs and the path to Net-Zero Energy targets.
